Today, he leads Mind Matters PR’s transition into the AI and digital era, guiding enterprises to align their communication, policy, and leadership positioning with future-ready strategies.
Starting her career in IT, Nikeeta has built decades of experience in the digital consulting and communication space.
Backed by advanced AI and IT training from reputed international institutions, she now focuses on helping organizations adopt AI the right way — through AI literacy, governance frameworks, and communication.

Dr. Vishram Dhole brings over a decade of strategic and crisis communications leadership to Mind Matters.
A former senior journalist, he has authored columns and op‑eds in leading newspapers and frequently appears on national TV panels.
As a seasoned media trainer, he has coached CXOs and global MNC executives, alongside editorial teams at major publications. In parallel, Dr. Dhole is a professor and Academic Coordinator at Pune University, with 20+ years of academic experience, multiple authored books, and extensive training programs across educational and public sector institutions.
